Why do we do what we do?

The main reason for doing what we do at CrossFit Zeeburg is to make you fit and feel more confident. We want to make sure you are still kicking ass when you’re 90 years old.

We want to make CrossFit available for everyone, regardless of fitness level or age and prove that it is not scary.

We love to train and know from experience how good we feel after a workout. Being strong and healthy also gives us the confidence to face any challenge. We want you to feel the same.

CrossFit might seem intimidating at first but we want to show you that CrossFit can also be the right fit for you.

We are organising our 23rd Kickstart Challenge and you are more than welcome to join us! In 4 weeks we will work together to create Healthy Habits. Improve your nutrition and get into a rhythm of regular training with the professional help of our nutrition coach Nicky (Voedingscoach Amsterdam Oost) and our CrossFit trainers.

We will tell you everything you need to know about the Kickstart Challenge and CrossFit Zeeburg and you can ask us everything you want.

CrossFit 60+

Science is showing more and more that strength training is very important for everyone and especially when you are getting older! We all want to stay active and be able to do everything we love as we age. 60 really is  the new 40 so it is very important to keep moving and train in a smart way. Under the guidance of our expert coaches we have a training method specially tailored to all people 60+ of age. And yes, if you are 55 you are also more than welcome to join the classes 😁

Personal training

If you want to work on your health and fitness with very personalized coaching then personal training is for you! Some benefits:
